Peer review responses are anonymous. Individual responses are never attributed to a specific reviewer. You receive aggregated scores and narratives only.
The person sharing the peer review link can see that responses were submitted, but not who submitted them or what they said individually.
Peer review data is stored in your assessment record and is subject to the same deletion rights as all other data.
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled. Assessment data is accessible only to the account associated with the email address used to take the assessment. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
No system is completely secure. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed by unauthorized parties. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

TALINT uses browser localStorage to temporarily store your assessment results between the completion screen and the results page. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any external service. It is cleared when you clear your browser storage.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
TALINT is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. If changes significantly affect how we use your data, we will notify you by email.
